Nosh Cafe Debuts Kosher Program in Williamsville06/19/2009 Nosh Cafe, owned by Russian ex-patriate Ben Kagan, recently opened at 7900 Transit Road, Williamsville near the intersection of Maple Road and Transit Road located within the Premier Liquors plaza. Nosh features a Kosher Deli of chopped liver, knish, soups, salads and other favorites. The Deli seats 28 people and features counter quick service. It is closed Saturdays. D&M Refrigeration did facility design and installation work on the project. Nosh also features a full catering menu. The Deli does not yet have a website but can be found on Facebook. |
