2012 Faces of Diversity Award

Are you the face of the American Dream?

The National Restaurant Association is proud of the industry's diversity.  We hope to inspire further inclusion through the fifth annual Faces of Diversity awards.  In partnership with PepsiCo Foodservice, the Faces of Diversity award honors individuals in the restaurant industry who have realized the American Dream.

Share your story with the National Restaurant Association, and win one our our faces of diversity awards.  The restaurant and foodservice industry is one of the most diverse in the United States.  It employs more minority managers than does any other industry.  

Who is eligible?
Any restaurant employee or restaurant company can apply or be nominated for a Faces of Diversity award.  Suppliers are not eligible.

 

Winners Receive:
- $2,500 scholarship in their name to a student pursuing a career in the industry
- An all-expense-paid trip to Washington, DC to be honored at a gala awards dinner in Spring 2012
- Widespread recognition through the National Restaurant Association's public relations and marketing initiatives
