About Vendor:

Formerly Will Poultry, we became Will Foods after acquisition by new management in December 2013.  Since then, we have been working on updates in nearly every facet of our company.  Our goal, which we're getting closer to everyday, is to become a highly modernized company better poised to serve the needs of food service establishments in Western New York.  The bottom line: We're a Buffalo company run by Buffalo people.  We work here, eat here, and want to ensure that those places we dine in have the best food and distribution service behind them.

Born in 1926, we've evolved from a poultry slaughterhouse to a local broadline distributor offering over 4,000 items in stock daily and servicing the Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Southern Tier, and Northern Pennsylvania markets as Western New York's Premier Food Distribution Company.  We deliver six days a week and have made strides in technological advancements, warehouse management, and logistics.  We've made numerous advances since new management takeover, but we aren't slowing down.

Will Foods is one of the largest food distributors in Western New York.  We employ approximately 120 employees - the majority in Buffalo.  Size isn't everything, but it does allow us to essentially get our customers any product they may need.  As a proud member of Golbon, we have access to their vendor members' aggregated buying power.
