Big cubes clunk around in the glass. Shaved ice melts far too quickly. Cubelets are 'just right.' But what do I know? I'm riding a desk.

Ciao,

Give 'em what they want. Just make it better than they expected.

The Machine was here when I bought the place, it has never broken down, unlike about every other gizmo in this joint!

Cublets, as I define are the small compresed nuggets. Thats what we have in 2 restaurants. It seems the melt time is less than flake and I honestly beleive it builds a return clientel because it is chewable. IMHO

Howard, I think you're right about repeat clientele. I know a chick that when wanting fast food, will only go to Sonic because of their ice and it's chewability. Is that a word? Chewability. Chewishness? Chewablness? Chewness? :D

I like cubettes in my cocktails do you? :cocktail: and I love the chewabilities posssibilities ;)

I'm not sure if my ice machine is cubettes or not, they're not too big and not too small..

 ... the way I-ce it...
Cubelets are Cube Cutlets, or Baby Cubes, whereas shaved ice, at this age, are called Little Shavers. Cubes are the old and tough grown-up cubelets: think "Mutton".
