I have been working in the food service industry as a manager, owner, consultant or other role since 1988. My experience includes time in quick service, full service, private clubs, catering, contract management dining at colleges, entertainment venues, personal cooking services and a hotel.
In addition to operating O'Dell Restaurant Consulting, I own and operate a successful home chef service in two metropolitan areas.
